We had been in Niagra a couple of days and I had heard many good comments from friends about the hut. The food truck is very conveniently located and yes there was traffic but that wasn't a problem. I ordered the Pani Puri and my buddy ordered the Mysore Marsala Dosa. We both had mango lassis. Everything was cooked to order so it was served piping hot. We had just come from a 6+mile walk to Whirlpool park and I was starving so I must say that ordering just the Pani and the dosa had me concerned. It was so much food and everything was delicious. The outside dining area could have used a little attention but it wasn't hideous.
I feel like when you decide to eat from a food truck your making a conscious decision to take your dining experience to another level, and one shouldn't expect the kind of experience you would get in an indoor restaurant.
The Dosa Hut is very good. I and several of my friends thought it was outstanding.
Take a walk on the wild side eat under the beautiful blue sky with the sparrows and the sound of the falls in the distance. Eat at the Dosa Hut, hopefully you won't regret it.
Peace, love and good food

Totally hopeless. Coconut chutney was spoiled... Dosa was tasting like pronthe, will aloo mix also not good.
Idlis tasted like rubber. Only saving grace was cheese dosa. Now crossed the border and will go to something standard. Gave this feedback to owner and he defended strongly saying he has sold so many and only we have complained. So guys take care and order on your own risk. -

Great authentic Indian restaurant. Good quality and service in the heart of Niagara falls. I will highly recommend Mysore dose, gobi and aloo parathas.
Also, Indian masala chai. -

Food truck that serves South Indian just around the corner from the American Falls. Convenient for tourists who especially want vegetarian options, filling, tasty, inexpensive and generous portions. Relatives in town, so I took them to see the Falls, of course! Falls were the same - lol. But fantastic! It's not a wonder of the world for nothing! Food this time was different- an overall good experience. Masala Dosa was prepared well, as were the idli. Sambar seasoned just right. Aloo paratha was a hit! The allo tiki chaat was so-so, as the tiki were rock hard (May have been made before and just added to the chaat, not what I expected) and there were not enough chole in the mix. For items in the range of $7-$11 not bad at all. We didn't mind sitting on the picnic tables to eat together. Yet, the proximity of garbage cans can be unappetizing. I would order the food to go next time. Carry it off to a grassy, quieter place closer to the nearby water, and enjoy it picnic style.

I ordered a Mysore dosa which was stinking of dirty oil and had bad taste. When I reported the chef about it instead of inspecting the food they defended themselves by saying they've sold so many. They also stoop down to arrogance of utmost level. Right then I also spot the spiders and cockroaches there. The food left smelly oil on my finger and has caused my family food poisoning.
